Post #113 - Deprivation Of Rights Under Color Of Law

Now that post should be a keeper for all gun owners. Note the enhanced penalties if the rights deprivation is effected with the use of a firearm. I would add 42 U.S.C 1983 to the list where the aggrieved party can personally sue the ass of the offending official.
The laws are already there it only takes the will to enforce them.
