T had objective testimonial and direct evidence that Ukraine was corrupt. He was acting in the true interests of the Amerian people when he requested that Ukraine investigate and eliminate its corruption. That is just, moral, and legitimate intent. The fact that Trump benefited from such a request is incidental and irrelevant.
