The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court (FISA) that approved FBI surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page is now investigating other applications it's received from one of the agency's attorneys accused of making an inappropriate change to the Page application.
In the order, written on Dec. 5 and declassified Friday, the court requested that the executive branch identify "all other matters currently or previously before this Court" that involved FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith.

Fox investigating the hen house.
Perhaps we’re hearing the sound of dominos beginning to drop . . .
Investigating or covering up? Only trust them if I am there in person.
Im so glad we found this guy and rooted him out. Now everyone in the FBI is fair & impartial & this kind of stuff wont happen again. /s
Only the ones not ‘in on it’.
Fat boy going to get some flesh slapping in prison.
I hope those FISC judges didn’t twist any ankles getting on this so fast!
Oh sure they are...
Some of them have no problem telling their own lies.

Levin presented Judge Collyer with a legal filing about taking action on the fraud presented to her court. She responded with lies.

The fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine prevents the prosecution from admitting certain evidence into a criminal case after it has been tainted by a primary illegality. This doctrine is meant to remove illegally-acquired evidence from negatively impacting a criminal defendant.
What are the chances this is the only one he ever did?
Punish the monkey.
Let the organ-grinder go.
In other words, they don't care and they're not going to change. This is just kabuki theater. Once again, nobody will be sanctioned in any way, especially not being charged and prosecuted.
They won’t find anything. They’re part of the coup.
“I don’t think most judges appreciate being lied to.”
It depends who’s doing the lying. If the judge hates Trump, and the lying helps to advance ‘the Resistance’, then no, they have no problem with being lied to.
Look at the media, they were ‘lied to’ by their ‘sources’ for 3 years regarding ‘collusion’ and made fools of themselves by pushing it, and when they finally learned that fact 8 months ago, were they bothered, at all? Nope.
Just heard Fitton say that not one hearing was held on the bogus warrants. Yep, pencil whipped and rubber stamped. Now I’m wondering if a bribe wasn’t chucked in there. Why not?
“Just heard Fitton say that not one hearing was held on the bogus warrants.”
Right. That was brought up on Fox (Hannity, I think) last night. Nunes had sent two letters to FISA — in 2018, I believe — clearly showing how FISA had been lied to by the FBI. Kim Strassel said they ignored them because they didn’t want to be bothered. I believe it was because they already know it and were in on it.
