And I am with you, I was shocked as well to have Freepers “preach” to me, and Freeperdom in general, about being bigoted where “Gays” are concerned.
As I remember, it was a story about a little boy getting adopted by his two queer dads. He was so happy. His teacher told him he should NOT be happy. That being in a homosexual household was wrong.
I think the teach was fired. The argument at FR was about the teacher being out of line (she was). But it also escalated to include the little boy was right to be glad. That while not perfect - having two dads was better than having no dads.
