Which is part of their intent for the impeachment articles to begin with. They know Ruthie is going to croak any minute now.
This has also acted as a firewall to prevent Hillary from being investigated and prosecuted... as she prepares to enter the race. The elephant in the Room is corrupt Hillary and crooked Obama being criminally charged.
