The school can do all the investigating it wants. It cannot touch the student. Temple University is a public university and students have the full spectrum of free speech rights. Technically, you may be correct.

OK, here's a cottage industry for the few neutral or conservative professors or retired professors: Offer a review service of student papers in their field and give an honest opinion of the grade earned. Then the conservative student can have a basis for comparison to determine if his grades are being influenced by political factors.
