That article is already dead in the water, given SCOTUS agreed to hear Trump Admin appeals - shows waiting for a court order to comply with a Congressional subpeona is legal and legitimate - and they tried to impeach Andrew Johnson for abuse of power and that failed - this is just a political sh**show that they know will fail, and they believe they can campaign against Trump and Senate Republicans over that failure - and they are wrong - again
