I think that they nearly totally have destroyed the country. They (and the education industry) have near complete control over public opinion.
About twenty years ago people here and there used to moan about corrupt politicians. They were right to moan. The moaning and the corruption have never ended. And little was done and little improved.
I used to tell them that nothing was going to happen to the corrupt politicians unless the corrupt media exposed the stories of their crimes in an honest way.
I used to constantly tell them to concentrate on slaying the HUGE dragon .... the CORRUPT DESTRUCTIVE ANTI-AMERICAN MEDIA. (Corrupt politicians will not be considered corrupt politician without an honest media.)

NOTHING of substance is going to happen to corrupt politicians until the CORRUPT MEDIA is exposed, disrupted, and terminated.
The question is ... who is going to do that? How can that be done.
Maybe it is way past time that (real) close friends of the President quickly organize their own media outlet. It could be done rapidly. I suggest it begin very soon.
