Blacks are only broken by racism as a matter of their own individual choices. It has been nearly 100 years since a black community was burned down by a mob of rampaging whites and yet black communities still occasionally burn.

I looked up the word “Negus” and here is what I got:

“a hot drink of port, sugar, lemon, and spices.”

Negus is a noun derived from the Ethiopian Semitic root ng;, meaning “to reign”. The title has subsequently been used to translate the words “king” or “emperor” in Biblical and other literature. In more recent times, it was used as an honorific title bestowed on governors of the most important provinces (kingdoms): Gojjam, Begemder, Wollo, Tigray and the seaward kingdom (where the variation Bahri Negasi “King of the Sea”, was the ancient title of the ruler of present-day central Eritrea)[3][4] and later Shewa.

"Michael Harriot, the self-described "last real Negus alive,""

So, he's a Ferengi?
