Democrats can no longer walk back their desire for confiscation. We will make it hang around their necks like a millstone.

The Virginia patriots are being smart:

1. Employing the “sanctuary” crap back at them, and

2. Operating what are indeed “well-regulated militia.”

3. And saying NO! from the get-go.

McEachin also noted that Democratic Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam could call the National Guard, if necessary. “And ultimately, I'm not the governor, but the governor may have to nationalize the National Guard to enforce the law,” he said. “That's his call, because I don't know how serious these counties are and how severe the violations of law will be. But that's obviously an option he has.

------------------------------ These people are truly stupid. 1) A governor cannot nationalize the National Guard 2) The Guard is not nationalized to enforce a STATE law 3) Having recently retired from the National Guard, I foresee big support from the command and staff, and an absolute hemorrhage of soldiers heading out the door.

South Carolina bill in progress about being able to secede if they choose to do so.

No law is needed because the US Constitution is silent on the issue of secession. It is not unconstitutional.

The law IS the law, Little Ms. Democrats. Let’s not be pickey-and-choosy on which ones we feel like enforcing.

Why doesn’t this apply to lawmakers who ignore their Constitonal oath and the Bill of Rights?

...I would hope they either resign in good conscience, because they cannot uphold the law which they are sworn to uphold, or they’re prosecuted for failure to fulfill their oath”

If you submit, they will just kill or subjugate you later. The Dems are in an awful hurry; if they just waited, demographics would win it for them, but their rush gives us an opportunity to show them the consequences of their insane lust for power and control.

Sanctuary cities for illegal immigrants are not the same as sanctuary counties from anti-RKBA laws. The former are interfering with the constitutional powers of the federal government. The latter are fighting unconstitutional violations of the Second Amendment.

Western Virginia is largely descended from the Scots-Irish that in a title of a book, Born Fighting, have been very willing to resist authority, from the British Crown in Ulster and colonial America to the Union Army in 1861 to the “revenuers” in the 20th Century. Interestingly, other liberal states have not been too aggressive in mass gun confiscation.

It remains to be seen whether the Virginia Legislature will be more aggressive than their counterparts in other liberal states. As long as Trump controls the military and National Guard, the State government will not get Federal military assistance. However, it appears he has minimal control over Federal law enforcement.

I wonder how many of the NRA members, 2nd Amendment advocates and other “patriots” stayed home on election day? The real patriots are those who go out and vote against the tyranny of the left.

That’s just it. They don’t want to confiscate all guns, just YOUR guns. They get to keep their guns. All they really want is a win.
Let’s say they ban assault weapons. Next they will say “We banned guns rarely used in crimes with the support of The People. We really need to ban the guns that are used in crimes . Obviously, The People support that”.

So state law trumps constitutional law? This battle needs to be fought. State insurrection needs to be put down.

I suggest the southern and western counties secede from the beltway counties and either form south Virginia or join up with West Virginia
