President Trump has flipped three courts – the Second, Third and 11th Circuits – to a conservative majority.
We got 13 of 29.
Anybody know if there’s any other replacements coming up?
If replacement is a dumb word to use it’s because I’m dumb in this area :)
What happens? They retire or die? Is that how they get replaced, if that’s the right word?

God blessed the country when Trump was elected...
I suspect that this is part of the reason he has not acted on the Deep State yet. He did not have the judiciary behind him to make the charges stick.
And so while media attention is riveted on the impeachment, PDJT is quietly continuing to stack the courts with conservative judges.
All this is great but he still has to go another four years to just equal the judges Barky put in.
Supreme Court needs to take on the entire concept of National Injunctions by district courts.. once the court bans them, and it should they didn’t even exist before the 1963... this venue shopping will end and a lot of this federal courts to replace politic legislation will come to an end.
THAT’S WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN.. there is ONLY 1 court that should be able to issue a nationwide injunction, the SUPREME COURT... period. A District Court only has jurisdiction over its DISTRICT.
