Skip to comments.IG Modifies FISA Report, Adds Declassification Aspect Per DOJ (Barr?)…

CTH made the case in mid 2018 that someone at the DOJ had influenced a decision not to charge Wolfe with the leaking of the FISA application; despite the FBI and DOJ having direct evidence of Wolfe leaking classified information.
The logical reason for the Rosenstein DOJ not to charge Wolfe with the FISA leak was because that charge would ensnare powerful Senators on the powerful committee. Worse still, in hindsight we now see how that committee was working to aide the purposes and intents of the corrupt DOJ and FBI officials as they built their impeachment agenda.
Remember, the SSCI has intelligence oversight of the DOJ, DOJ-NSD, FBI and all associated counterintelligence operations. Additionally, when the FBI was investigating Wolfe for leaking classified documents, according to their court filings they had to inform the committee of the risk Wolfe represented. Who did they have to inform?.. Chairman Richard Burr and Vice-Chair Mark Warner.
Think about it. Both gang-of-eight members (Warner/Burr), who happened -as a consequence of the jaw dropping implications- to be two SSCI members who were warned by the FBI that Wolfe was compromised . and they, along with Feinstein in 2016, were the co-conspirators who used James Wolfe. The ramifications cannot be overstated.
Any criminal charges for leaking classified intelligence information against James Wolfe would likely result in a major scandal where the SSCI itself was outlined as participants in the weaponization of government for political intents. Thus, the perfect alignment of interests for a dropped charge and DC cover-up.

who is Wolfe
who is Wolfe
Our legal system is broken so it may eventually come down to the private citizen in his singular rage to make these crimes punishable on pain of death; multiply by a dozen enraged private citizens carrying out justice per year and we would see a drop in this political criminal activity.
James Wolfe, the SSCI staffer who was leaking classified anti-Trump “intel” to an NYT reporter who he was also sleeping with.
(Former) Senate Security Director James Wolfe who leaked a classified FISA application to his journalist girfriend and was allowed to plead down on a lying count and never indicted for the leak. That’s who.
Yes, and Sundance’s contention is that he was allowed to skate because he would have implicated a couple or three of senators if brought up on leaking charges.
Actually he was assigned by Warner and his Buttboy Burr to leak the docs. The plea deal was probably pre arraigned, and his bank deposits too. CTH has some real good info. Ive donated to the site, although Ive been banned for a while.
Skating. The eternal yearlong sport in DC.
Also proves Rod Rosenstein to be dirty...
with security people like Wolfe and IT people like the Awan brothers, what could go wrong?
Please forgive the ‘sort of’ off topic question ... I didn’t want to create a whole new ‘vanity’ thread just to ask this question.
Can anyone point to the Exact moment and Who was the first to expose the “coup” attempt to the American people?
Was it Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch?
Admiral Rogers and Devin Nunes.
Devin Nunes, March 22, 2017.
Sundance has been focused on these particular details like white on rice, and is now reporting that Barr has:
1) suddenly unredacted certain FISA dates, after the continued redaction covered up corruption involving former SSCI Director James Wolfe and Vice-Chair Mark Warner
2) suddenly moved out (i.e., fired) Edward OCallaghan, Rosenstein butt-boy. (NYT: "He had primary supervisory responsibilities over the special counsels office, which was led by Robert S. Mueller III.")
3) suddenly moved Jessie Liu, US Attorney for D.C., to undersecretary at the Treasury Department - Sundance has been harping on Liu as a corrupt problem (Swamp) for a long time.
All of these "sudden" good changes I personally believe came as a direct result of Sundance's extremely critical reporting/analysis. Nobody else has been talking about them.
The fact that Sundance finds these things "encouraging" is itself encouraging. He has been pessimistic about Barr.
James Wolfe, the former director of security for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) was having an affair with Ali Watkins. Ali Watkins, worked closely with Daniel Jones, the infamous Senator Feinstein aide who has a direct link to Trump-Russia.
He is/wasn't alone in his view. Seen this yesterday....
Margaret! Have you come back from the dead?
My point in posting this is that the threads of government chicanery are a very complicated weave, with more than one highly placed criminal perpetrator getting off lightly some for reasons we will never know, but here is one where the nature of the weave can be discerned from the outside.
Sundance is doing a good job but an outsider is an outsider. Having been an outsider and an insider in various organizations I know the jaw-dropping difference.
Barr’s DoJ may be moving in a good direction but I seriously doubt that the real biggies will have to face any charges.
