It’s always “conservative” Republican picks that go wobbly. I have never seen a dem pick turn out to be more conservative than was anticipated.

Why is this guy's sex life important to his selection as a judge? Aren't his qualifications -- his adherence to the constitution -- the only factor in his selection? Or shouldn't they be, at any rate? I'm weary of this identity politics stuff.
