How ridiculous-anyone who has ever had a cellphone that their employer paid for knows not to use it for any personal stuff at all-if you are caught you are fired-and there is no expectation of privacy for the content of calls/texts that are not made on your own personal devices-she is just pissed because her totally unprofessional behavior and TDS became public...

She has a law degree. She knows she should have no presumption of privacy when using her employer’s phone. During my working career I carried a personal phone in addition to my company phone. All personal calls were made on my personal phone. I also never charged any personal items on my company provided credit card.
