Whose $100,000,000,000? Not his. It’s easy to be generous with someone else’s hard earned cash. Booker is just another socialist tyrant without a clue as to what actually fuels individual success and drives the economy. He’s just another example of how unfit Democrats are to be in charge of anything.
Um ... they are regular colleges. I'm going to go out a limb and guess that their tuition isn't as high as that of other colleges of comparable merit. Hence the begging. Government shouldn't get involved in these schools any more than they should get involved with others, but they do serve a purpose.

We are forced to tolerate elections in which deceitful narcissists appeal to fools and get into office. They then represent us. Stay in for decades (Dingell,Pelosi,Nadler). Feel like the treasury is their personal fun piggy bank and we have no say because they "represent us".
Trump was a true outsider and the insiders cannot tolerate that.
