House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), a prominent figure in the impeachment inquiry, has said that President Trump "doesn’t give a [bleep] about what’s good for our country."
Schiff, in an interview with The New Yorker, cited the impeachment testimony of diplomat David Holmes, who said he was told that Trump did not care about Ukraine and only cared about "big stuff" like an investigation into Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
“That says it all,” Schiff told the magazine. “The President doesn’t give a [bleep] about what’s good for our country, what’s good for Ukraine. It’s all about what’s in it for him personally and for his reelection campaign.”
What is good for the country is determined by a bunch of inside the Beltway deepstaters who can't get a job doing anything useful. And they didn't get degrees in engineering to make better products or business to run a productive enterprise, but rather degrees in international climate change prevention policies and that sort of rubbish.
If Trump doesn’t give a shit about what’s good for Ukraine, I love him even more.

And here is the elephant in the room. So what, if Trump's phone call were really about investigating Biden, which we know from the transcript did not happen. Do not the American people have a compelling interest in knowing if a high level member of the government used policies re: Ukraine to enrich himself and his family? Don't we have a right to know the details of what strongly appears to be a high ranking official threatening heads of state of other countries for personal gain?
According to the leftist narrative, the American people have no right to know about or have redress against these abuses of power.
Schiff-for-brains should maybe take a deep look into a mirror before he accuses the President of abuse of power. Or maybe he *is* looking into the mirror and imagining that the face looking back out to him is the President's.
Your estimate is wildly inflated. Schiff has worked double overtime to undo all the positive. Way less than zero.
What truly showed contempt for Ukraine was Joe Biden’s demand that they fire an officer of their courts because we say so with no due process or respect for their laws. Old Joe just bullied them like he did that “ignorant” Iowa farmer because he arrogantly knew no one would stand up to him. Rudy Giuliani will not let this corruption escape the long arm of Bill Barr.
This worthless piece of Schiff needs to be charged with treason and upon conviction, stood in front of a firing squad and be shot.
That is one action that would be in the interest of this Republic.

They hold onto it by extortion, blackmail, and money laundering. Schiff & Co. are just puppets following orders.

The Schitty report proves that Trump was motivated by the true self interests of the American people, and thus was not corrupt intent. Also,the case for corrupt intent was based on hearsay, presumptions, contested facts, no direct evidence, insufficient evidence, and anti-Trump prejudice.
Finally, if Trump benefited by his policies in association to the benefiting the true interests of America, that is not a crime or corrupt intent. It is not bribery or extortion.
That does not give them a pass as far as I’m concerned. Every last one of these Subversives need to be removed from the equation. No exceptions.
