Actually, my recollection of the case was that the testimony of Trayvon’s “girlfriend” on the phone, whoever she was, provided exculpatory evidence for Zimmerman. The girl on the witness stand testified that Trayvon used a racist epithet to describe Zimmerman before he told her that he was going to confront Zimmerman.
Thus, her testimony provided information about Trayvon’s racist state of mind and also indicated that Trayvon had initiated the confrontation.
If they were trying to use this girl to turn opinion against Zimmerman, they didn’t do a very good job.

Is it just me or am I really seeing corruption all throughout our governments...state, local, federal lately.
Crooked cops, FBI, CIA, DOJ, Judges, Congressman/woman, overzealous prosecutors...on and on.
Seems there is an erosion of ethical behavior across the board.
As penance, then governor, now senator, Rick Scott should read this article fully in public once for every day of the Zimmerman trial.

three years ago I would of said you were right on the analysis but the courts over the last three tears have changed radically plus there is a level of disgust at things like this that makes me think Zimmerman will get his day in court and individuals will pay over this hoax
