Indeed. I live in Florida and there was talk about this (the “girlfriend discrepancy”) but it was obvious that the state simply wanted to nail the white guy. This was under a prior governor, btw; DeSantis would have been a whole different ballgame because he actually believes in the legal process, and has done a lot to clean up corrupt counties and sheriffs and courts.

I’m not the least bit surprised by these allegations - and the fact that none of them immediately stick out as implausible. The entire case reeked of Obama and fraud (separate and distinct stenches, though often found together) from day one.

Well, there had been thefts in the neighborhood and Zimmerman was part of the neighborhood watch as I recall. Stalking? How about looking out for the residents, which was entirely legal. What Martin did was not.
