Not to hijack the thread but.. Called the atty in my old rural hometown to discuss buying some summer retirement land. His secretary remembered me from the 90s when we used this atty. She even recalled my wife's name. Small towns are great.
Generally the won/lost records of “activist” lawyers leave a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t want one representing me if I had to so much as go to court over a parking violation. Become your own lawyer and you’ll have a fool for a client. Hire an activist lawyer and you’ll have a DAMN fool for a client.
I thought having to listen to Elizabeth Warren in a classroom would be cruel and unusual punishment but I think it would be even worse locked up in a room with this nut. Why can’t we manage to get them locked up together? Oh! How great it would be to have all of THEIR KIND out of our lives.
