I think the timing stems from the recent revelations about the real girlfriend. A few months ago a book was published by an author who located and interviewed Trayvon Martin’s real girlfriend, who says she refused to participate in the scam.
Speculation: Larry Klayman followed up, has found the witness, and probably has interviewed her himself. Her testimony, which Zimmerman will compel if his suit moves forward, will demonstrate that the narrative put forth by Benjamin Crump and company was a fraud they manufactured. Rachel Jeantel was somehow recruited to play the role of the “girlfriend” on the phone with T.M.; she gave false testimony about their relationship and their dialogue in depositions and at trial, against G.Z. as instructed by Crump. Absent her wholesale perjury, Zimmerman would not have been tried. Crump, Fulton, Martin, and Jeantel knowingly pushed a fraud against Zimmerman, the police, the Court, the insurance company that paid them off, etc.
Because the State Prosecutor would be exposed as an accessory if this goes forward, I expect judges will find a way to through out the case.
Because there was a guy that uncovered the real identity of Martin’s girlfriend. There are apparently some interesting Facebook posts between her and Martin indicating how violent he was becoming. The book was called The Unmasking of Trayvon Martin by Joel Gilbert.
In the article says he is basing in off a documentary soon to be released called the “Trayvan Hoax”.
