The money was then distributed to transnational Foundations/NGOs controlled by people like George Soros and the Clintons and/or laundered back to family members , friends of powerful and well connected politicians

The UN is a basically another major cut out for money laundering operations through its complex network of contracting agencies and entities, all of which charge massive , unregulated and hard to trace commissions, finders fees and administrative fees that facilitates the theft and kick back.
