Hitler was appointed "Chancellor", in 1933 and then became "president" AND "Chancellor" by decree. AND HE WAS A DICTATOR!
Mussolini was actually sort of elected Prime Minister, but he was a DICTATOR.
And then there's Stalin!
Please learn some factual history!
He does not fit the definition of a dictator. We have to stop stretching definitions to political ends. It has gotten way out of hand. And because I seek to keep language accurate and not hyperbole makes me exactly suited for this site.
