When is the last time you saw on TV or read an article where Bill Clinton was referred as "Impeached President Clinton" ??

Wait, I know the answer.
NEVER, right?

If the House votes to impeach Trump, get used to seeing the phrase "Impeached President Trump". Even if the Senate doesn't vote to remove him.
THEY DON'T CARE IF THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE. EVERY time Trump is reported on in the future, that moniker will be there.
How many times have you seen "Failed Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton"??

Maybe once? More often it is "Former Secretary of State", "Former First Lady".

The Leftocrat media and their lapdogs in the House will use that in an effort to win the 2020 election.

Get used to it.

The Dems have put themselves into an impossible situation.

But the rotten, evil media will continue to cover for them and the low information idiots will never grasp the truth.

It’s disgusting on so many levels.

Impeachment occurs within the framework of the Constitution. In that sense it's a legal process.

No, the day the Supreme Court dictates how the House or Senate should run its chambers is the day the republic dies.

No. Where did I say that the Supreme Court should dictate how a Senate trial is carried out? I didn't.

It's still a Constitutional legal process. Not sure why you think the Constitution should be ignored.

If only that were limited to FR.

I was just listening to what I thought was Tom Shillue doing another parody of Schiff, when I discovered to my shock that it really was Adam Schiff! And he was serious as he spewed out lie after lie after lie. It was him rolling out his impeachment report—NOT A PARODY! NOT SHILLUE! Scary.

I have a question for anyone to address. What kind of military aid did the Obama regime give the Ukrainians when the major Russian offensives to seize the Crimea began, I believe about 7 years ago? List the weapons, not the night goggles, MREs or blankets.

Question: When Pres. Trump gave the Ukrainians anti-tank Javelin missiles, were they used in combat against Russian tanks (often manned by Russian soldiers disguised as Ukrainian insurgents or by pro-Russian Ukrainians who had Russian training)?

This is important because if Obama FAILED/REFUSED to give the Ukrainian Army absolutely necessary arms to stop Russian tanks and possibl7y Thermobaric artillery concentrations, then OBAMA needs to be called as a material witness before the Sen. Judiciary, Armed Services and Foreign Affairs committees because it, as Schitt for Brains would claim, directly affected the national security of the United States.

If Javelins were used by the Ukrainians against the Russian/Ukrainian insurgents when received from the U.S., what were their effects? Did it stop tank columns from invading or continuing inside Ukraine? Did it turn the tide of battle and make what was once a powerful Russian Tank/Artillery offensive into a quagmire for them (Russian troops were largely withdrawn after the Ukrainian counter-offensives drove them and their Ukrainian traitors back to their eastern strongholds?

WHO succeeded in aiding the Ukrainians during the war, Obama or Trump?

Once you answer that, this whole impeachment Soviet-style show trial goes down the crapper along with the toilet-paper Democrat congressional reports.

The EC is the procedure we’ve followed for 2 centuries. Now all of a sudden it’s not valid??!! Are you an avowed Never Trumper? Because you sure sound butthurt that your candidate didn’t win.

And what’s with the Comrade Putin comment? We just endured a 2-year investigation that cost $25 million and found no evidence of “collusion” with Russia. If you have evidence to the contrary, I’m sure Schiff would love to hear it. Otherwise, you’re wasting your time on FR with your “observations.” 🤣

This is good to see. I would like to see what the outcome is from the Democrat side. The spin will likely make us dizzy.

Tell you what, if President Trump has managed to accomplish the great things he has promised to do despite these shameful proceedings, can you just imagine what he could do for our country if they’d just leave him alone for 5 minutes?

They’re nothing but pesty gnats, wasting precious time and taxpayer money doing absolutely nothing for anyone.

We can’t like everything about everyone and it’s high time those spoiled, entitled brats in Congress learn that they work for US - and that goes for BOTH sides of the aisle!

You are supremely confused. So let's leave it at this: the Supreme Court does not intervene with any House or Senate procedure. Period.

No where did I say the Constitution should be ignored.

I did say the House can impeach Trump any way they want to and any way they choose to do so whether it is fair or not. That is just a factual statement. That does not mean I like what they are doing, endorse what they are doing or anything similar.

So again and again, impeachment is a political process and the House can proceed anyway it wants to and the Supreme Court will never, ever, ever, ever intervene or instruct the House as how to proceed.

It is really a very simple concept and it doesn't matter whether you or I like it. It is the way it is. The Constitution has a very simple remedy and that is they can be voted out in the next election if the voters don't like it.

It's a sad day that Trump will be remembered for however long history will be that he was impeached, so hopefully the House will flip again next November.

Hey Mad, those are good questions but all that was covered in the Impeachment hearings last week. The Repubs have consistently made the point that Trump is the one who provided weapons to protect Ukraine and helped to stop further Russian action.

However, as you know, the media are a shill for the democrats and don't talk about this fact. The dems and media are not interested in truth; they are interested in power.

I’ll stick with my ‘deplorable’ pin. I’m not important enough to ever be ‘impeached’.

No. I'm way ahead of you. That's what's confusing you.

I didn't say that the Supreme Court could intervene. In fact I've specifically said that they couldn't. What I did say is that regardless of that fact, impeachment is still a legal process.

Constitutional/legal principles are supposed to apply, regardless that the SC can't intervene.

LOL. I just told you that impeachment is a political process. You are clutching at what you wish to be true.

I agree with you that impeachment SHOULD honor a process where legal principles apply. The dems should do the right thing, but they are not doing the right thing.

However, there is NOTHING that requires the Dems to do the right thing. They have no conscience, only hate.

The dems run the House and they can impeach in the most grotesque and unfair manner - and they are doing that.

The House will vote to impeach Trump in one of the most one sided and unfair procedures the House has ever undertaken.

So I hope you understand I agree with you.

But NOTHING REQUIRES the dems in the House to impeach with integrity meaning with Constitutional principles applied. They run the House and the dems can impeach anyway they want to and this is what we are witnessing. There should outrage all across the country, but there really is none.
