Authorities are only getting tougher on pot in Kentucky, Arkansas and Missouri. It’ll be a race to Illinois for dope smokers to avoid ever longer incarcerations. Dealers will also race to Illinois get in on the big profits.

Watch how the States who turn hard against pot are already dumping their junkies off on Colorado.
I expect that Texas will go that route.

Having grown up in the great state of Missouri. Mary wanna could grow thrive and be baled with a hay baler. In fact I have stories about it growing there. There has to be more about getting it grown right. We killed and burned ditch banks full of the crap and it didn’t do much for me. Cold beer and farm girls were a totally different matter. :)
