Everything in your first paragraph is spot on. Revitalizing America’s inner cities and giving America an economy is putting blacks and Latinos to work in numbers that have never been seen and the Democrats see their voter base evaporating. With blacks and Latinos leaving the welfare plantation in droves Democrats know they’ll never be able to get them back on it. And they’re sh!t scared.
