Wow, I thought it was the old Northridge Elementary School.
Bloomington is changing and not for the better either. Even some parts of once “prestigious west Bloomington” are getting a little seedy.
All the members of the state legislature (representing Bloomington) are Democrats. All the members of the school board and city council are Democrats. The outgoing mayor (who was nominally a Republican) was replaced by a Democrat.
The city even voted for the trust fund idiot Dean Phillips when we ran for Congress last year.
Crime is up. Go visit the Walmart on the east side of Bloomington. Let’s just say that whatever memories a person may of had of Bloomington will be quickly shattered by a visit to the Walmart.

Maybe it was years ago. I did a fair amount of work near there about 15 years ago and it was a Lutheran school. I’ve done a lot of work all over Bloomington over the years and it certainly isn’t the nice suburb it once was.

I hear you. I work a few blocks from that Wallmart. It’s like a middle east bazaar.
