“Barack Obama didn’t get to be the president of the United States without being ordained by God. Neither did Donald Trump.” Absolutely correct. Love him or hate him, all "rulers" (i.e. heads of state) are God-ordained for His purpose, even the bad ones to teach us lessons about good leaders and bad leaders. We are commanded to pray for all of them.
