I was watching "The Five" on Fox talking about that. 'Public goods' is when you speak of libraries, parks, fire and police services etc., meant for all citizens to use. AOC's free stuff is not for all, just for her select minority group. And she is half right in that it is not free, the rest of us pay for it. But it is certainly not 'public goods' because her giveaways are not shared items like parks. AOC is dumb, dumb, and dumber than most people.
