Schiff is apparently proceeding as if Devin Nunes never invoked the Minority Witness Rule. From Minority Leader McCarthy's twitter feed:
How can Schiff proceed to a report without hearing the Republican witnesses, unless he plans to pretend that the Nunes request never happened? Nobody else seems to be in a hurry to act on this.
So far, there appears to be a complete MSM blackout on this.
