A BAR asking for a school to be moved because it harms the neighborhood (and they’re right in this instance)

The irony is thick. It used to be church people that would try to get nuisance bars out of the neighborhood. In an Orwellian world bar patrons are afraid of nuisance school children and try to get the school moved.

I recall a few years ago, there were concerns about the safety of Temple University, as it’s located in a bad neighborhood.

I personally know someone who wouldn’t send their child there, because it’s such a bad area, thought the university apparently has a good reputation for the field of study the child wanted to major in.

Imagine the uproar we would hear, if a major university decided to relocate from a bad area. Jesse and “Reverend” Al, among others, would condemn them as racist.
