I listened to the entire call.

Trump really needs some communications coaching to stop repeating himself so often. He is under so much stress it is understandable though.

Trump is fine the way he is, it’s refreshing to have someone not a “slick” Politician.

He doesn’t require whining from the back row of the peanut gallery

His communication style put him in the WH with zero political experience. He is the last person in need of communication “coaching” whatever that is.

Actually he's doing it exactly right. Keep it (the message) simple, repeat often.

Marketing 101.

Trump really needs some communications coaching to stop repeating himself so often.

He's not trying to win formal debate points. He is trying to make certain phrases stick.

“Trump really needs some communications coaching to stop repeating himself so often.:

He’s trying to drive points home. What sounds like a rookie repeating himself is President Trump creating a headline.

I think that's deliberate. He knows that people don't pay attention and that the media won't report it so just like in advertising repetition repetition repetition.

He’s never been a very good extemporaneous speaker. That’s not going to change at his age. It’s amazing how far he went in life with such mediocre communication skills.

He talks to the common man. He wants to make sure people understand what he said.

That’s why the elites hate him, because he sounds like he’s stupid.

I’m a playwright. I don’t know if he ascribes to this rule, but it’s said in playwriting, that if you want to introduce and important point about the character or plot, you mention it 3 times. Not necessarily at the same time.

Trump will be in a press conference and repeats the same answer, sometime 3 or 4 times...but sometimes the same question is asked.

He repeats his most popular comments at his rallies all the time....I think many of us here, have heard his little thing about being presidential 10 times. It doesn’t get old for me.

I think he’s the funniest person I’ve listened too. He’s got an great sense of humor...not silly, but cerebrally funny...and stand up comedy funny.

I’ve never seen a politician command the mike like he can.

VERY FEW IF ANY VOCALIZED PAUSES. Frequently he goes of script and says something profound....

Oh sure, the outsider who KO'd a city bus full of professional politicians, beat them like a drum and won the election, who has people waiting for days in the cold to attend his sellout rallies, needs communication coaching!

You betcha!

You’ve never heard of using repetition as a communication or persuasion technique?

Repetition during an interview that takes place over the course of a full hour starting at 8 or 9 AM is a GOOD thing. Viewers rarely watch cable news shows like that for a full hour, and new viewers are constantly tuning in as the interview progresses.

Could be deliberate as the way to get something to stick in people’s memory is to repeat it at least 3 times.
