Left-wing theory holds that most people who choose not to vote would have voted left-wing if they had been forced to.

Therefore, "counting" their (missing) votes as votes for the Democrat or Socialist is justified, and is necessary to get a true accounting of "the will of the people."

I noticed that--lefties are always shocked when their candidates don't win 100% of the vote. When they get their Commie paradise they will make sure everybody votes--and votes the way they should!
