Actually, it’s already been proposed in one of the west coast states several years ago. It was under the auspices of a ‘concern’ for poisoning from under cooked hamburger. The candidate proposed requiring all meat be cooked to well done. The candidate admitted the real goal was to make steaks unpalatable by overcooking.
Should have thrown the candidate on the grill. I understand they taste like chicken...
