That FD-302 form is the ONLY OFFICIAL RECORD of the interview the FBI conducted with Gen. Flynn on Jan. 24 2017.

But if it turns out that altered 302 form was **also** used as a pretext for a FISA Court investigation of Flynn, and surveillance of him, then that means not only was the perjury case manufactured, so was the surveillance case.
