Democrats are not finding it politically saleable... because there’s no motive, no crime and no victim.
They have a big fat nothingburger and the Democrat media can’t help them where they have NO case!
Its already backfiring on them. They would have been far better off had they left things well enough alone.
But they had to scratch their TDS itch and here we are.
What’s that old saying? Live by the polls and die by the polls. This is the hill the Democrats have chosen to die on.
No tears for them and they own impeachment.
Also, the fact is these Democrats are decidedly unappealing and even unattractive - and I don’t believe for a minute the lack of appeal is limited only to Republicans or Trump supporters.
Take Mr Maloney for example. I doubt the average Democrat can stand this sanctimonious prick any more than I can. Other examples abound.
I can’t explain it, but the extraordinarily high asswipe-to-Democrat correlation is undeniable.
The Democrats would be well advised to keep these losers away from the TV cameras in the future, regardless of the substance their arguments (or lack thereof) - which is also problematic.
What's worse, there's no story.

Act 2: The legal shenanigans and the House investigation
Act 3: The Senators confront Nixon and he resigns

Act I: We hate Trump
Act 2: We hate Trump
Act 3: We hate Trump

The Republicans, on the other hand, do have a story:
Act I: The President asks Ukraine to investigate Biden Corruption
Act 2: The Rats respond with impeachment during which Joe Biden's presidential hopes go up in flames
Act 3: Donald Trump is re-elected
