On Monday, Pima County Superior Court Judge Gus Aragon sentenced RT Americas Boom Bust host, Daniel Brito, to 12 days in the Pima County jail and three years probation for assaulting a Trump supporter, Jonathan Sparks. Brito attacked Sparks for wearing a MAGA hat on November 3, 2018.
On October 7, 2019, Brito entered a plea of guilty to the crimes of Theft By Control, a Class Six Undesignated Offense, and Aggravated Assault On An Incapacitated Victim.
Daniel Brito is the co-host of Boom Bust, a global, daily, live report covering the world of business and finance, produced by RT America.
Despite the fact that Brito is an international television personality, on May 6, 2019, Judge Aragon found Brito to be indigent and qualifies for court-appointed counsel. Judge Aragon appointed the head of the Pima County Public Defenders Office, Joel Feinman, to represent Brito.

UNBELIEVABLE,,,,,Bust is such a pussy,,,,,he is lucky he didn”t get the MAGA hat shoved down his throat or where the sun don’t shine.
Yeah, COULD have, but the current strategy of the MAGA is to take beatings. It’s not working so far, but after a few hundred more beatings taken, maybe that brilliant strategy will bear fruit.
Eric Clanton got three years probation for 7 separate crimes. James Fields got life for a crime it aint even clear he committed. Have a nice day. Epstein didnt kill himselrf.
Typical violent Democrat.
Who does he know?

Wayne - Tucson is filthy corrupt Sh*thole. The liberal appointed lawyer conspires with a liberal leftist judge and this poor man who doesn’t hardly have a dime to his name is severely injured - his leg was broken in two - a compound fracture and this is the sentence???!!!!!!!
I wonder is there anyway for the victim to sue the county and the judge and lawyer for conspiring against him because of his political beliefs...the case seems pretty clear that this is egregious bias on behalf of the POS government in Tucson?
If so I would donate a $1000.00 for him to sue the city attorney and Judge. I am not kidding.
