RT America’s Boom Bust Daniel Brito Sentenced To 12 Days For Attack On Tucson Trump Supporter

On Monday, Pima County Superior Court Judge Gus Aragon sentenced RT America’s Boom Bust host, Daniel Brito, to 12 days in the Pima County jail and three years probation for assaulting a Trump supporter, Jonathan Sparks. Brito attacked Sparks for wearing a “MAGA” hat on November 3, 2018.

On October 7, 2019, Brito entered a plea of guilty to the crimes of Theft By Control, a Class Six Undesignated Offense, and Aggravated Assault On An Incapacitated Victim.

Daniel Brito is the co-host of Boom Bust, a global, daily, live report covering the world of business and finance, produced by RT America.

Despite the fact that Brito is an international television personality, on May 6, 2019, Judge Aragon found Brito to be “indigent and qualifies for court-appointed counsel.” Judge Aragon appointed the head of the Pima County Public Defender’s Office, Joel Feinman, to represent Brito.

It wasn't luck - Brito ran up behind Jonathan Sparks and jumped on his ankle while grabbing the hat. Only after the attack began did Daniel Brito start screaming his hate. And when bystanders pulled him off, Brito ran back and started beating on Sparks again while he lay writhing in pain. They had to pull him off a second time.

The judge, prosecutor and of course defense lawyer were all against the victim.

The prosecution claimed they made the plea deal because it was a weak case - even though they had two strong witnesses, other witnesses and two confessions where Brito waived Miranda and justified the attack. I'm sure he's sitting there in jail still thinking he did nothing wrong.

Wayne - Tucson is filthy corrupt Sh*thole. The liberal appointed lawyer conspires with a liberal leftist judge and this poor man who doesn’t hardly have a dime to his name is severely injured - his leg was broken in two - a compound fracture and this is the sentence???!!!!!!!

I wonder is there anyway for the victim to sue the county and the judge and lawyer for conspiring against him because of his political beliefs...the case seems pretty clear that this is egregious bias on behalf of the POS government in Tucson?

If so I would donate a $1000.00 for him to sue the city attorney and Judge. I am not kidding.
