I agree. Tax cuts are needed and are a great help to the middle class. Voters really, really like tax cuts.
And as someone already mentioned, seniors need a break too. Those on fixed incomes are trying to manage rising rent, rising food prices, utilities, etc.
It’s very disheartening when this country sends billions of dollars to other countries all across the globe every year. And yet, we have to beg for tax cuts.
Well then why not propose tax rates of 0%? Voters would love that.

I don't need a tax cut. I need President Trump to veto any budget that spends more than it takes in. The national deficit has gone nowhere but up since 1983 and as a percentage of GDP it has been on the increase since 2017.

No nation with a national debt higher than its GDP can maintain First World status for long. The higher our debt is, the more money we owe to China, the weaker our international position is.
