Look at the 16 second mark. The “girl” throws a first punch. But what I noticed is that “Savannah” the girl sure looks like a male. I think the student is one of those damned psycho trannies.
Teacher went too far, but it was a male calling himself a girl who threw the first punch. And somehow in his deranged mind, he thought it was a good move to throw a punch at a BT-1000 black woman.
Typical violent Democrat.
Read the article....there is a lot more to it than a teacher just pummeling the 16 year old student...lots omitted. Not defending the incident...but...there are 3 sides to every story . How many of my fellow Freeper’s will respond to me by saying” No matter what call the principal/send them to the office....etc...” When schools/ courts / police raise the kids rather than parents ...?????
I believe her. I saw that video. She is lucky to be alive.
I hope she has hired a good attorney.
There was an instance in Louisville of a teacher shoving a boy to the ground. He shoved her first, but it was to get her out of his face. You should at least leave a few inches, really a few feet between yourself and your students. She must have outweighed him by almost a hundred pounds.
So glad the teacher was a person of color. This will be out of the news cycle in less than a day.
If I was a 16 year old kid and had something that big and ugly chimp out on me, I’d be leery of setting foot back in there, too.
Won’t a jury have to decide? There will not be testimony and evidence? Why does our forum treat this in such a way? Are we saying that teachers cannot fight back? Is this similar to that old rule “never hit a lady?” Cause that ain’t true. Is this like our always defend the heroic boys in blue, except upside down, the teacher is always wrong until otherwise shown?
One reason for her to be afraid was the teacher’s initial lie that she said the N-word. That was her excuse for the beating - that the child said a racist slur.
Problem is: there are liberals who consider a white saying that word justification for violence. And other blacks at the school would use that excuse to beat her up as a “racist”.
Never mind the teacher probably lied about the girl saying it. She used that excuse first, then said the girl hit her first. As if the first excuse didn’t stand up to scrutiny (and wasn’t corroborated by other interviewed witnesses), so she switched to “it was self-defense, she hit me”.
Even if the girl slapped her, a beating like that is excessive force. And all the witnesses are saying was that the girl was laughing and joking with friends, and when the teacher told them to stop, the girl said don’t speak to me like that.
Disrespectful? Yes. Worthy of a beating? Never.
Reading her words, it’s clear she’s a Democrat raised by Democrat parents and that she has listened to Democrats (prob C-Spam, CNN, etc.) all her life. Poor kid will be shocked if she ever ventures out of Austin.
Teacher white. Student black. Days of National outrage.
Teacher black. Student white. Minor altercation. Nothing to see here. Move on.
Tiffani Shadell, the Cleveland Browns are calling. They need a replacement for Myles Garrett at defensive end.
In all seriousness, assuming something horribly unfortunate befalls Ms. Shadell, and the State of Texas were to charge somebody with a crime for perpetrating said tragic misfortune. If I were on the jury, I would be a guaranteed vote for acquittal on all charges.
That's years behind us.
School shooting are still blamed on the kids - maybe it's the violence in the schools that's causing our kids to break. Ignorant violent 'teachers' could be the root cause of the horrors we're seeing...
When I was young we all had stories about a great teacher than changed our lives for the better. Young people NEVER talk about 'teachers' that way in our time. The violence in our schools is a nightmare - and it's kept quiet because the teacher's union has an 'in' with the corrupt liberal press.
IF that was my kid, I would presently be in jail for assault and battery.
Teachers are the ones who fear going into Memphis schools. If the kids are afraid, it’s because of the gangs that are in the school. No way a teacher of either gender could defend themselves as the violent kids travel in packs like wolves.
