Schiff already did that. Schiff's version is that Zelenskyy lied when he said he felt no pressure from Trump. Schiff's version is that ANYTHING Trump asks for is accompanied with Godfather-like implied pressure.
By that standard, any request Trump makes is impeachable. Schiff can dispose of this statement the same way - of course Ukraine is going to cover for Trump, Ukraine wants the money and is being implicitly coerced to cover for Trump.
