Now that they have a transcript that shows Trump asked someone to look into the corruption of a political rival, they suddenly find what they call high crimes and misdemeanors. Their credibility is so far gone that they can't comprehend how silly they look.

I believe he asked them to look into Crowd Strike, not a political rival. Looking into Crowd Strike, shows he wanted to get to the bottom of the 2016 election collusion. President Trump never brought up Biden in the transcript.
