I agree with you 100%
If the US can no longer control immigration she is no longer a sovereign nation.
Yep.
Quite correct!
No difference between "Sneak across the border at 2 a.m. tonight, along that stretch where the patrol is thin" and "Shoot her in the head when she walks out of the store."
In both cases, someone is being encouraged to commit a crime.
Regards,
How would they feel if govt officials encouraged tax evasion?
Democrats aren't going to bribe themselves. That's what the Mexican cartels are for.
And speaking of nations that are no longer sovereign - we have one just to the south of us that has to let captured drug cartel chiefs go because the army and police forces are outgunned.
What about the Americans who organize trips into the desert to leave food, water and provide medical care for border-jumpers?
Gee whiz, I’ll bet she boffs the janitor under her desk, too.
I don’t think so. Is it a crime to suggest or encourage someone to rob a bank or deal drugs? Nope.
However, if someone is encouraged to break our immigration laws, by overstaying a visa-coming here pregnant so they can give birth to a citizen-come here so they can go to an ER and get medical care-come here and claim some BS asylum, and they do, once they are deported they will NEVER, EVER, NEVER,EVER, NEVER get to return the Good Ol’ US of A, for any reason whatsoever. No reason. None. Nothing. Nada. Nothing.
Name on a list, so if they show a passport they’ll be denied entry. Only other way to come in, is illegally, meaning straight to the nearest detention facility waiting on their deportation.
Epstein is dead
We will find out soon if they had something on him or if he is a sozialist
True, if it was connected to the Epstein scandal. It could be other things besides that, as it is surely not the only scandal or crime out there waiting to be exposed. 8>)
You're right ...
It’s called “Aiding and Abetting”.
