I have kids and dogs. I love my kids far “more” than my dogs, but I also love my dogs.
Who says you can’t do both?
Over the years, I’ve had pet mice, rats, canaries, parrots, cockatiels, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, snakes, turtles and toads. I even had a pet June bug.
Loved them all, as one of God’s creatures to another. No more no less.
A neighbor has a pet descended skunk...
