The author is right. Out of state tree huggers funded the campaign to AMMEND THE CONSTITUTION to outlaw baiting and hounds. You can’t hunt them very effectively by hunting them like deer and elk. Now they are out of control. You can see the news stories every fall of the bears wandering through mountain towns.
How are they going to change that? This is why I oppose amending the constitution via referendum.
