First, we disagree that OJ killed anyone.
But, you evidently do not know anyone who has been raped, molested, brutalized, tortured, or maimed, and lived. The hell that many of them go thru daily, the constant fear, pain, anger, and loneliness, isolation, and much, much, more they go thru, who just might think, and many do, that death is preferable to what they have endured.
If a person is killed, mercifully, it ends for them.
For family, in any of the above scenarios, is entirely a different, but just as painful matter.
