LOL No, SamAdams76 was asking if a catfish joint up around Guntersville was still there (it is). I meant I've lived in the state for 21 years and never heard of it. If Bloomberg lived down here in Alabama, he could be in a nuclear-hardened bunker and someone still would have shot his ass, the gun-grabbing autoritarian puke.

That Catfish Cabin has fond memories for me. Glad it’s still there. I’m going to have to stop in there next time I’m in the area. Always thought it was in Guntersville but Albertville makes more sense as I’m pretty sure that town was dry - at least back then it was. I remember getting drinks down in Guntersville. Nice area. But that Highway 431 between Guntersville and Boaz was like suicide alley. People went so fast down that road and people were constantly making dangerous u-turns and such.
