It was a policy change from 2015 that opened every job in the military to women and DoD began to force elite military training units to pass women, such at the first women to be GIVEN Army Ranger tabs, I refuse to call those women Army Rangers........ 2015 just made legal what Clinton and Bush Jr had already been doing. Jessica Lynch should not have been in a combat zone. She was there, because just like with Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, Bush Jr was as socially progressive as any Democrat and willing to impose that agenda on the military.
The only difference between Clinton and Obama versus Bush Jr is that the first two were more open about what they planned to do. Dubya, being a loyal GOP establishment hack, instead lied to his voters in order to fool them into voting for him.
