A couple more points. If it had information of a crime and did not report it, can charges be brought against ABC?
And if it has the information still, are any prosecutors asking for what it has?

Journalist Megyn Kelly Megyn Kelly is a journalist? I thought she was unemployed because she said she wasn't complete sure if it was necessarily bad if a white person paid tribute to a black person they admired by wearing a costume of that person for Halloween.
