The Chief hated the high security Cone of Silence in which words could not escape to listening devices of spies. Chief couldn’t hear the talk and heard too many echoes.
Smart: Chief I have to tell you....
Chief: What? Can’t hear a word.
Smart: I said...
Chief: There’s too much echo in here.
Smart: I can’t hear it. The what?
Chief: Echo, echo echo!
Smart: Oh, yeah. Now I hear it.
