He's an attorney. Could he be subpoenaed to testify to this? Attorney Client privilege here? He's both an attorney AND the owner of his tweets. Please tell me this POS just $μ¡+ in his knapsack with these tweets!

Sounds like a criminal conspiracy.....No attorney client privilege applies.

I think he can testify, and probably be charged, too. Not only was he the attorney, but also he was deep in to participating in the crime. (It was on an episode of “Law And Order”. Seriously.)
