Ben Carson? Diamond and Silk? Margaret Thatcher? Phyllis Schafly? Ayn Rand?

How about we see people as individuals rather than fall into the leftist trap of seeing them only as demographics? Better yet, why don’t we find a way of making conservatism more appealing to those groups rather than just writing them off?

“Ben Carson? Diamond and Silk? Margaret Thatcher? Phyllis Schafly? Ayn Rand?

You are picking out examples.

I have worked in employee benefits for 35 years and have dealt with thousands of mostly female HR staff with white collar, blue collar and conservative and liberal co’s.

I can tell you from 35 years most women are liberal or lean liberal. Even conservative ones tend to lean liberal on social issues. FACT

Because the people put in power in Boston appealed to populism and the collective rather than individualism from the examples you exposed.

Context is everything, “We the People” in a lot of areas like diversity and gibs provided by the taxpayer/debt policies.
